Overview of the Canadian Stamps Study Group

CANADA has a long and complex postal and philatelic history since the very beginning in 1851 with the world famous "Three-Penny Beaver" designed by Sir Sandford Fleming to today's varieties and oddities.

Being generalist or specialist the choice is yours, just to mention a few:

1) Small Queens
2) Large Queens
3) Queen Victoria

for the more classical issues.

You can also contemplate such issues as:

4) King Edward issues
5) King George(s) issues
6) Scroll issues

...and moving on to more contemporary issues such as:

7) Silver Jubilee issues
Cool Queen Elizabeth issues

...and finally:

9) all definitive issues throughout the years
10) Coils, plate blocks, souvenir sheets, airmail, etc.

As you can see the choice is yours, and with each comes rewards, excitement, culture and hours of fun.
