theo : CJ, most incoming airmail registered envelopes receive a Royal Mail red sticker. Usually the local postman never bothers about getting a signature even with the red label applied! Who ever stuck the label on could have made it horizontal in the blue sky. It would have then looked better.The red labels are very adhesive. I tried to remove one some time ago and was unsuccessful, It was removing the surface paper so I stuck it back down.
