Stamp and Postal History identification
I have a large library of of postmark and cancellation identification for the US and Great Britain. I also collect WW Revenues and have a lot of info but it primarily 19th century. I sell for myself and consignment lots on ebay for a few local clubs. I have done stamp appraisals, but I don't anymore. If you need a general idea I can help. However I do know people that actively appraise and buy stamps
